We will be hosting Summer Weekly Training in Syracuse, NY on Monday nights from 7:00-8:15pm at CNY Family Sports. Sessions will be run by Siena standout and New Hartford Native, Logan Banek. Banek, is the two-time MAAC Face Off Specialist Player of the Year and First Team All-MAAC selection, ranks first nationally in face off win percentage (. 683) and seventh nationally in ground balls per game (7.79)
June 29, July 6, 13, 20, and August 3rd.

- Competitive Faceoff Drills
- Advanced Faceoff Strategy
- Live Repetition
- Live Filmed Feedback
