Program Overview
FOF Connecticut - Faceoff Factory will be holding training sessions on Mondays at Cheshire High School in Cheshire, CT. Each session will run from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM (ET).
This session will be led by former FOF student and now FOF Coach, Ryan Grove.
Please arrive a few minutes early and bring:
- Lacrosse stick
- Water
- Cleats and turf shoes, as we may be on either the grass or turf depending on field availability

- Technique Intro/Reinforcement
- Competitive Faceoff Drills
- Advanced Faceoff Strategy
- Stickwork
- Live Repetition
- Live Feedback
