Program Overview
FOF NY - Faceoff Factory will be hosting Complete Weekly Faceoff Training sessions in Buffalo, NY. Our primary goal with this session is to build the COMPLETE Faceoff Midfielder that is able to translate to the next level of play.
Location: Summer sessions will be at St Joseph's Collegiate Institute - 845 Kenmore Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223
Dates: 7/13, 7/27, 8/3, 8/10, 8/17, 8/24
Times: 7-8:15pm
Faceoff Training will be led by Division 1 Faceoff Specialist Dylan Jagow.
Program Description
Training sessions will include a heavy focus on:
- Stickwork
- Groundball Play
- Faceoff Fast Breaks
- 3v3 FOs, 2v2 FOs
- Live Reps
