*New Refund Policy for 2025 - Registration Insurance:
In response to past cancellation challenges, we've updated our refund policy; please note that no refunds (partial or full) will be issued under any circumstances.
To protect your registration payment in the event the registered participant is unable to attend due to illness, injury, or other covered reasons, we highly recommend purchasing Registration Insurance. This optional insurance, available through Vertical Insure on the registration form, can help offset the impact of our "No Refund" policy by reimbursing your registration fees if an eligible incident occurs.
- The insurance cost is a small percentage of the registration fee, approximately 7%.
We encourage you to consider this coverage to ensure peace of mind and protect your investment.
**Waitlist Registrations: If a spot in the clinic becomes available, an email will be sent to the master account, notifying that the player has "been accepted." The payment will be processed once the player is accepted.
