Program Description

Get ready for tryouts or the season with a high-energy clinic designed to prepare your body, mind, and skills for peak performance. Each 75-minute session focuses on skating, conditioning, and skill development while keeping it fun and challenging. Players will skate, refine their game, laugh, have fun, and push their limits with dynamic drills, edge work, and game-like scenarios. Build stamina, confidence, and friendships as you prepare to give 100% effort when it counts most. Our goal is to help you hit the ice ready to shine. Let’s GO!
