On-Ice, dryland, and classroom training.

Program Description

M.O.M. goalie camp Developing goaltenders of all ages- bridging the physical and the mental aspects to the position. 

Ages 6-18

$269 for 2 days, $169 for one day. 

Mind Over Mater Goaltending Camp coming to Foothills Ice Arena in Lakewood CO.

Saturday, May 13th

11:00am - Check in 

12:00 - 1:15pm -  On ice

1:45 - 2:45pm - Dryland

2:50 - 3:00pm - Mental, food and beverage break. 

3:00 - 4:00pm - Chalk Talk/ Video review

4:30 - 5:45pm - On Ice 

Sunday, May 14th

7:15 - 8:30 - On ice

9:00 - 9:30 - Dryland 

9:45 - 10 - Chalk Talk 

10:30 - 11:45 On Ice
