Program Description

Checking Clinics:

Each Checking Clinic is designed to teach players the skills, techniques, and mindset required to dominate in physical play while staying safe and effective. From delivering clean, powerful checks to winning puck battles and maintaining body position, this camp is perfect for players looking to build confidence in high-contact situations. Led by experienced coaches, players will learn proper body-checking techniques, angling strategies, and how to absorb and give contact safely.  

What to Expect:

- Proper technique for delivering clean, legal body checks
- Angling and positioning to separate opponents from the puck
- Skills for protecting yourself and minimizing risk of injury
