Program Description

RMHS, in partnership with the Durango Hockey Association, will host our annual winter skills clinic on December 30 & 31, 2023, at the Chapman Hill Ice Rink with a new holiday twist. The RMHS Staff has developed an excellent new curriculum for our holiday clinics this year. We will host two age group ranges. Group #1 will be 2013-2016, and Group #2 will be 2009-2012. This clinic will focus on age-appropriate skill training and end each day with a mini 3v3 cross-ice pond hockey tourney! All the athletes will receive one of our custom RMHS Ugly Christmas Jerseys and 6 hours of on-ice festivities in two days! 

Remember, players will be separated into groups by age and skill level. This will ensure the players will be training against players of their skill level for the best possible training environment.

On-Ice 7:00 -8:00AM - Powerskating

On-Ice 9:00 -10:00AM - 3v3 Pond Hockey

On-Ice - 11:30AM - 12:30PM - Puck Skills 

Group #2 - 2009-2012 - Coed - Ages 11-14

On-Ice -10:30-11:30AM  - Puck Skills

On-Ice - 12:30-1:30PM  - 3v3 Cross Ice Pond Hockey
