OVRPWR is excited to offer weekly faceoff training taking place every Wednesday in January at the Barn in Millford, OH. We will be in the strength and conditioning area in the back!

Program Description

OVRPWR camps and training offers collegiate and professional training for aspiring lacrosse athletes. Our staff is comprised of current and former collegiate and professional players with an intent to simulate the rigors and expectations that lacrosse athletes will face at the highest levels of competition.

• 6:00 PM: Dynamic Warm Up
• 6:05 PM: Faceoff Warm Up 
• 6:10 PM: Hand Speed
• 6:15 PM: Clamps / Exits 
• 6:25 PM: Counters 
• 6:35 PM: Live Exits vs. Counters
• 6:45 PM: Live Faceoffs 
• 7:00 PM: Tournament 
• 7:20 PM: Q&A / Take Home Drills
