Program Overview

OVRPWR is excited to announce the launch of our Lax Season Tune Up Camp taking place Sunday March 10th, 2024 at the Bo Jackson Elite Sports Facility in Hilliard, OH. This camp will consist of Faceoff, Offensive, Defensive, and Goalie training, with campers receiving specialized instruction from professional and collegiate athletes/coaches for the position they enroll in. We will focus on preparing all campers to have a successful lacrosse season, covering a variety of drills and game specific scenarios.

Program Description

• 3:30 PM: CHECK IN 
• 4:00 PM: INTRODUCTION / WELCOME SPEECH
• 4:10 PM: WARM-UP 
• 4:20 PM: POSITIONLESS DRILL STATIONS / GOALIES WITH DRAKE
  • 7:30 minutes at 4 stations will rotate on the whistle
• 4:50 PM: POSITION SPECIFIC DRILLS
  • ​​​​​FO with Justin
  • Offense with Keegan & Austin
  • Defense with Ben
  • Goalies stay with Drake
• 5:50 PM: OFFENSE, DEFENSE, GOALIES COME TOGETHER 
  • 1V1, 2V2, 4V4, etc
  • FO men will stay with Justin 
• 6:20 PM: GAME SPECIFIC COMPETITIONS / FACEOFF TOURNAMENT 
• 6:50 PM: PRIZES / CLOSING REMARKS 
• 7:00 PM: DONE

• $200 until March 1st. All campers registered by March 1st will receive an OVRPWR shirt and pinnie.
• We anticipate this camp selling out and encourage everyone to purchase as soon as possible.
