Program Description

The Basics
Whether you're new to mountain biking, or ride like a pro the Woodward Tahoe Mountain Bike Camp is the ultimate place to learn or progress. With access to The Slabs downhill mountain bike trails, dirt jumps, a pump track, and indoor/outdoor concrete parks campers can get comfortable in the environment of their choice. Encouragement and progression are staple parts of our program, and our coaches lead the way.  

Instruction
Upon arrival at camp, our coaches host evaluations, placing campers into instruction groups based on age and ability level. Once the instruction groups are formed, each day is split into two parts; daily 2.5-hour mandatory group instruction sessions and also individual progression sessions where campers can choose from different parks with stationed instructors. These additional nine-plus hours of open session are where campers get to work out the kinks and shred the ramps in a low-key, fun environment surrounded by their peers, instructors, and pros. 

The Slabs + Trenches
Our lift-served outdoor mountain bike trails, The Slabs, are a riders dream. With 5 trails ranging in ability level there's a place to start and a goal to work towards. For the dirt-lover looking to start tricking, The Trenches are the a playground of fun.
