Program Description

Athletes will take part in on the field workouts, drills, installations, speed work and then will spend time in the weight room working on form, safety, strength, power, speed, and flexibility.

High School Football Summer Workouts


Dates: June 1st - July 30th
Days:  Monday - Thursdays
Times: Freshman - 630-9am
            Sophomore-Seniors - 7-10am
Cost: $230 (includes speed training)

 

High School Freshman Football Spring Camp

Incoming Freshman Football Players will be taking part in on the field drills and installation.  They will work on fundamentals, skills, team building and begin to learn the offense and defense.  This is a NON contact camp.  

Dates:   May 11-14th and 18th-21st
Times:   7:00-8:30pm
Cost:     $40
