Program Description
Athletes will learn safety, form, and technique in the weight room. Through this practice they will work on strength, power, speed, and flexibility. We will cover all major movement patterns that are necessary for athlete success in their sports. The athletes will get specific training for their sports as well as putting a focus on team building.
