2024 High School Girls Basketball Camps @ Chatfield HS

Program Description
Athletes will learn safety, form, and technique in the weight room. Through this practice they will work on strength, power, speed, and flexibility. We will cover all major movement patterns that are necessary for athlete success in their sports. The athletes will get specific training for their sports as well as putting a focus on team building.
Program Detail
Dates: June 3rd - July 25th (no camp week of July 4th)
Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays
Times: 10:00-11:15 am
Cost: Girls High School Basketball - Summer Workout - 150
