Program Description

Youth Speed Camp: 1-4th Grades & 5-8th Grades

Athletes will learn the fundamentals to speed and acceleration.  Athletes will be taught form, power, acceleration, deceleration, agility, quickness, and speed.  Athletes will work on a variety of different techniques and drills to help improve in all these areas.

Youth Speed Camp: 5-8th Grade

Dates : June 3rd - July 25th
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: 10:15-11:15am
Cost: Youth Speed camp 5-8th grade - $150

 

Youth Speed Camp: 1-4th Grade

Dates:  June 3rd - July 25th (off week of July 4th)
Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Times: 11:15-12:15am
Cost: Youth Speed Camp 1-4th grade - $125
