Our model is what you see many NHL players participate in during the off-season but catered towards U16 (2007-2009 birth years) and U21 (2003-2006 birth years) players. Areas of focus include, but not limited to:

·      High tempo drills that challenge the players skill and hockey IQ.

·      High paced, high skilled practice environment committed to keeping players and goalies engaged. 

·      Individual and team tactics.

·      Small area games and competition. 

Unlike some other camps, we cap our registration at 20 skaters and 3 goalies per session. This allows for plenty of repetitions and makes for a comfortable teaching environment. That said, with limited spots it will be important to register quickly!
