Dear Players, Parents & Coaches;

We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting faceoff training in Virginia Beach at Norfolk Indoor Sports Turf. Sessions will be held on Wednesday Nights from 7:30 - 8:30PM

Faceoff Training will be led by FOF Coach and Michigan Alumni, Coach Michael McDonnell.

Training Dates:

3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25

  • Technique Intro/Reinforcement
  • Competitive Faceoff Drills
  • Advanced Faceoff Strategy
  • Live Repetition
  • Live Filmed Feedback
