Program Overview

The Faceoff Summit is the pinnacle recruiting event for Faceoff Specialists, designed to connect players with collegiate opportunities. This event brings together 20+ NCAA coaches from top programs across all divisions, offering players unparalleled exposure to showcase their talents on the field. In past years, we have had several students get noticed at this event who have gone on to play at the Division 1 level and more.

Our main mission is to bridge the gap between high school athletes and college recruiters by providing a platform for visibility, education, and development. Through high-level competition and direct interaction with coaches, participants gain valuable insights into the recruiting process while demonstrating their skills to decision-makers. Players can also expect to learn new drills, tips, and tricks from the leaders in Faceoff Development, the Faceoff Factory Staff,

At Faceoff Factory, we believe in empowering players to achieve their lacrosse dreams. The Summit represents our commitment to opening doors for athletes and supporting their journey to the collegiate level. By fostering connections and creating opportunities, we aim to set a new standard in recruiting events.

This event will be led by and overseen by Joe Nardella and TD Ierlan.

Program Description

Why Faceoff Factory?

At Faceoff Factory, our main focus is to ensure that each of our students leaves having learned someone and enjoyed their time with us. Over the course of 6 years, we have studied, tested, and developed the best possible curriculum to ensure we are preparing each and every student for success at the x. Our training has proven to establish proper fundamentals of faceoff and techniques that will ensure immediate and prolonged success at the faceoff position.

Coaches: (Free of charge) - Our clinics are always open to coaches, free of charge. We allow coaches to take notes, record video and ask questions during/following the event. This is a great way for coaches to get right in on the action, learn from the staff, reinforce what their players learn, and further educate themselves.

Program Detail

Cost: $700.00 Per Player.

* **Extended Early Registration:** End on June 6th - Price increases by $50 for all options after this date.

* **Regular Registration:**  – Ends on June 6th. Don’t miss out on your player having their right uniform size; you must register by June 6th, as we need to order apparel in advance to guarantee sizes.

* **Late Registration:** After June 6th, we cannot guarantee correct apparel sizes.

OPTION TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT WITH A DEPOSIT ENDS ON MAY 30TH.

Since 2011, Faceoff Factory has committed to learning, teaching, and growing the Faceoff position. Our goal then and now continues to be centered around developing the complete faceoff student. As the face-off position continues to change and develop, so does our curriculum. Our curriculum highlights techniques and details that have proven effective at the highest levels of lacrosse.

After 6 years of unwavering dedication, learning, and adaptation to our teaching, our mission has developed to feature three main components:

First and foremost, we aim to create a collaborative learning environment. Since faceoffs are such a unique part of our game, we must tailor the environment in which we teach and learn them to be unique as well. Here, at Faceoff Factory, we aim to foster an environment in which students not only learn from our coaches but learn from one another as well. We firmly believe that - to teach, is to understand. And the more students can teach others about faceoffs, the more they themselves will understand them.

Second, we aspire to facilitate and demonstrate the pursuit of excellence. Not only on the field but off of it as well. The strongest form of leadership comes from the ability to lead by example. Each of our staff members is either a current professional, division 1 coach, or former collegiate standout. Through our coaching, we seek to illustrate the leadership and drive it takes to become the best version of ourselves. We are dedicated to teaching students how to be their very best at the faceoff x through constant competitive exposure both with the coaches themselves as well as the other students in addition to individualized hands-on instruction. We strive to challenge the way our students think, how they treat and respect their peers, and how they communicate.

Lastly, and arguably the most influential, is the development of our FOFamily - a commitment to see that each of our students fulfills all of their goals outside the lines of the lacrosse field. Although learning at our sessions is at the forefront of all our student's focus, we try to provide far more resources than just on-field coaching. Some of these resources include but are not limited to, free access to watch all of our sessions on youtube, college advice / recruiting assistance, and training guidance.
