Program Detail

Camp includes:

2 (1 hour) Ice sessions per day.

Coaching from current and former collegiate and professional hockey players. 

Off ice strength and agility work outs every day.

Goalies will receive specific instruction from former pro and current goalie coach Christian Pavlas. 

Video analysis and technical breakdown every day. 

Athletes will recive a PHD Practice jersey for the week that they can keep

**Players are to bring tennis shoes everyday for off ice***

not crocs.
