  • Proper stance and clamp mechanics
  • Counter moves and exits
  • Grip, timing, and hand speed

Competitive Faceoff Drills

  • Reaction and situational drills
  • Ground ball and wing play integration
  • Pressure-based competition

Advanced Faceoff Strategy

  • Reading opponents
  • Adjustments and counters
  • Game situation decision-making

Live Repetition

  • High-volume live faceoffs against other athletes

Live Filmed Feedback

  • Video breakdown and coaching corrections to help players make immediate improvements.

Twin Cities Faceoff Training Clinic
Presented by Faceoff Factory & Twin Cities Faceoff League

Take your faceoff game to the next level this spring with the Twin Cities Faceoff Training Clinic, a weekly training program designed specifically for athletes who want to dominate the X. Powered by the proven Faceoff Factory training methodology, these sessions provide high-level instruction, competitive reps, and detailed coaching to help players improve every week.

Held at ES Lacrosse in Woodbury, MN, this clinic offers a structured environment where athletes will learn elite techniques, develop advanced strategies, and compete in live faceoff situations.

Program Details

  • Location: ES Lacrosse – Woodbury, Minnesota
  • Day: Sundays
  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Dates: March 22 – May 17
  • No Session: April 5 (Easter)
  • Cost: $50 a session or $240 for all 8.
