Program Description
WHY FACEOFF FACTORY?
Faceoff Factory isn't just running another event — it's the engine behind some of the most complete faceoff development in the country. Our staff is stacked with former pros, college standouts, and current collegiate coaches, giving players access to instruction most programs simply can't match.
The track record speaks for itself: hundreds of Faceoff Factory athletes have gone on to commit at the D1, D2, and D3 levels, from programs like Harvard, Princeton, Syracuse, Cornell, and Johns Hopkins to dozens of others across the country. This isn't a one-off — it's a pipeline built over years of putting the right players in front of the right coaches.
That reach shows up everywhere Faceoff Factory operates — weekly regional training, development-day clinics, and national events year-round — all pointed at the same goal: sharpening technique while building the relationships that turn into offers. The Fall Championship is the newest addition to that calendar — another high-leverage look during the fall recruiting window, when college staffs are actively filling out their boards.
Train with the people who've already helped build the boards you're trying to get on.
Last but not least - our top 3 athletes will receive free admission to the 2027 Faceoff Summit!

- 2027s: A late-season chance to get seen again and strengthen your case with schools already on your radar.
- 2028s: Your peak showcase moment — the marquee look at the exact point programs start building their boards.
- 2029s & 2030s: An early opportunity to start building relationships and get on coaches' radars ahead of the pack.
Most bang for your buck. Most prospect days run anywhere from $1–$300 for a single afternoon in front of one or two schools. At this event, you get in front of 15+ NCAA programs — all in one event. Dollar for dollar, there's no more efficient way to get seen.
Coached by the best in the region. You're not getting generic instruction — you're training under the entire FOF New England staff: Joe Nardella, Derek Yannone, Allyn French, Cole Brams, Matt Paolatto, Kyle Danehy, and Jacob Alexander.

Company
Since 2011, Faceoff Factory has committed to learning, teaching, and growing the Faceoff position. Our goal then and now continues to be centered around developing the complete faceoff student. As the face-off position continues to change and develop, so does our curriculum. Our curriculum highlights techniques and details that have proven effective at the highest levels of lacrosse.
After 10 years of unwavering dedication, learning, and adaptation to our teaching, our mission has developed to feature three main components:
First and foremost, we aim to create a collaborative learning environment. Since faceoffs are such a unique part of our game, we must tailor the environment in which we teach and learn them to be unique as well. Here, at Faceoff Factory, we aim to foster an environment in which students not only learn from our coaches but also learn from one another. We firmly believe that - to teach is to understand. And the more students can teach others about faceoffs, the more they themselves will understand them.
Second, we aspire to facilitate and demonstrate the pursuit of excellence. Not only on the field but off of it as well. The strongest form of leadership comes from the ability to lead by example. Each of our staff members is either a current professional, Division 1 coach, or former collegiate standout. Through our coaching, we seek to illustrate the leadership and drive it takes to become the best version of ourselves. We are dedicated to teaching students how to be their very best at the faceoff x through constant competitive exposure, both with the coaches themselves as well as the other students in addition to individualized hands-on instruction. We strive to challenge the way our students think, how they treat and respect their peers, and how they communicate.
Lastly, and arguably the most influential, is the development of our FOFamily - a commitment to see that each of our students fulfills all of their goals outside the lines of the lacrosse field. Although learning at our sessions is at the forefront of all our students' focus, we try to provide far more resources than just on-field coaching. Some of these resources include, but are not limited to, free access to watch all of our sessions on YouTube, college advice/recruiting assistance, and training guidance.
We hope to see you at the Faceoff X soon.
