Program Overview
The Yellowstone Quake Futures Camp is a high-level, four-day junior evaluation camp built for players born 2008–2011 who are ready to take a serious step forward in their development.
Held August 20–23 in Cody, Wyoming, this camp places players directly into a true junior hockey environment, where they will train, compete, and be evaluated by the Yellowstone Quake coaching staff.
This camp is designed to give players a real look at what playing in Cody, Wyoming means and the level of players that are in the Quake pipeline for years to come.
Before you step on the ice, take a look at what this level looks like.
This is the pace. This is the compete level. This is what players are working toward every day as a junior hockey player.
Program Description
Players will be challenged in a competitive, structured setting that mirrors the expectations of a junior program.
Each participant will take part in:
• 2 high-tempo on-ice practices
• 3 guaranteed games
• Fitness testing and 2 dryland sessions
• Compete-driven drills and situational play
• Direct evaluation from Quake coaching staff
Top performers will be selected for the Futures All-Star Game, while developing players will compete in the Prospects Game ensuring every player is placed in an environment that matches their current level.
Players who demonstrate the ability to compete at the next level will have the opportunity to earn an invitation to the Yellowstone Quake Training Camp (August 24–27).
Others will leave with a clear understanding of what it takes to get there.
